Cathy Vigo is a multifaceted Puerto Rican artist renowned for her contributions to dance, theater, and arts education. Born in Santurce in 1971, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a certification in Fine Arts from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. Vigo co-founded Agua, Sol y Sereno in 1993, where she has served as Artistic Co-director, focusing on actor dramaturgy and conceptualization of performances. Her extensive career includes roles as a dancer, actress, stilt walker, and educator, reflecting her dedication to enriching Puerto Rican culture and fostering artistic expression within the community.
